Most teams depend on the leader.
LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle helps teams run on the system instead.
LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle is about building teams that operate smoothly in your absence
and grow stronger through your presence.

Your team performs well when you are present, but you suspect too much depends on you
Taking two weeks away from work would make you uneasy
Your calendar fills with decisions that should not require you
You care deeply about doing the job well, but the leadership side of the role never came with a system
I LIKE YOU!
How to make LeadershipOS™ work in the real conditions you are already operating in.
How to identify and remove the quiet dependencies your team has placed on you without noticing.
My exact system for keeping teams stable as pressure, ambiguity, and expectations increase.
And the best part...
Listen—
I have not shared this material publicly because it shows how I actually think about leadership systems when advising managers; the tradeoffs, failure modes, and design decisions that do not translate well to public content or short form explanations.
This is not public content. It is how I actually think when the system is under pressure — and it is yours permanently, regardless of what you decide about the newsletter.
Now... You may be wondering why I'm giving you the Private LeadershipOS™ Diagnostic Session and the LeadershipOS™ MasterClass 101 video course for free.
The answer to why I'm giving this away for free is simple...
The Diagnostic Session and the Masterclass are not giveaways. They are context.
The newsletter is most useful to leaders who already understand the framework and have begun applying it. The Masterclass gives you that foundation quickly — including material I have not covered publicly, and a behind-the-scenes walkthrough of how I actually apply LeadershipOS™ under real operating pressure.
The Diagnostic Session gives me context about your specific environment before we ever get on a call. That preparation is what makes 25 minutes useful instead of generic.
Both of these make you a better reader of the newsletter. Which makes the newsletter more useful to you. Which is good for both of us.
You keep the Masterclass regardless of what you decide about the newsletter. If you read the first issue and the LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle is not for you, cancel and keep it. No friction, no follow-up.
That is the deal.
The newsletter is also about something most leadership content avoids: what your leadership is actually worth.
Not in the abstract. In the concrete.
Here is what I have observed consistently over thirty years. Technical leaders who build systems — who create teams that operate with clarity, make decisions without constant escalation, and sustain performance under pressure — become a different category of professional.
They are not easier to replace. They are harder. Not because they have accumulated credentials, but because what they have built is visible and rare. The team works. The environment holds. The results repeat.
That durability is not just good leadership. It is the most durable form of career protection that exists. It compounds quietly. And at some point, it becomes the difference between being managed and being sought.
Each issue of the LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle is designed to move you incrementally toward that outcome. Not through career strategy, but through structural execution — the kind that produces a track record that speaks for itself.
Every issue of The LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle is designed to bring you one step closer to this ideal.
Listen up: Even if you are already leading with Quiet Confidence, I believe in the advantage of the Slight Edge.
Each technique you add to your toolbox, each tweak you make to your process has the potential to radically transform your Team. For this reason, it's important for you to adopt continuous learning. As W. Clement Stone once said "Big doors swing on little hinges".
By saying "maybe" to The LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle, and saying yes to a 1-month trial, you will get the Private LeadershipOS™ Diagnostic Session and LeadershipOS™ Masterclass 101 I outlined.
Every month, sent via physical mail to your doorstep, will be a letter from yours truly.
The letter will pull back the curtain and give you an in-depth look into the latest techniques for Leadership, Managing High Performing Technology Teams, and Career Durability
Each issue gives you something you can apply that week.
Each issue of The LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle contains material that you can immediately apply to your life.
Topics include:
How to integrate AI into your team's workflow without creating new dependencies
How to structure your systems for sustained team health
How to identify the single structural constraint that is generating the most friction downstream — and remove it without a team restructure
How to build decision clarity so your team stops routing everything through you
How to create leadership continuity so your absence does not create instability
How to make your leadership footprint visible to the people above you — without performing, posturing, or politics
Why career durability is a structural outcome, not a positioning exercise — and how to build it
These are but a few of the topics that I will cover in The LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle.
Decision load gradually shifts away
Fewer repeated explanations
Calmer operating rhythm
Less fire fighting
Decision durability
You see, I had made the switch years ago to reading and writing using devices. I knew it wasn't quite the same for my brain, but I told myself that it was "better". I still had a couple monthly newsletters that I received in the mail each month, but they also sent me a digital copy. I just let the printed newsletters pile up.
Then one morning I woke up to the power being out and so I pulled out a camping stove and made my coffee with a metal french press that I had for camping. I sat down at the table, coffee in hand, and grabbed the latest issue of one of those newsletters off the pile. I began to read and found it inspiring.
There is something physical newsletters do that digital cannot replicate.
As I read these newsletters I was inspired by not only the content but the format, how it felt to actually be reading from "legacy media" again. I pulled out a yellow legal pad and began to write, the ideas flowed freely; it felt natural; it felt "write"; it felt like meeting up with an old friend after years of being out of touch.
I realized in the quiet calm of that moment, this was the way, this is how to get across the hard won knowledge I have accumulated in the trenches over my 30+ year career.
Research finds that people often understand and retain information better when reading printed text compared with digital screens. Readers tend to engage more deeply with print due to reduced distractions and better spatial cues from the page. (Delgado, Vargas, Ackerman, & Salmerón, 2018).

Not too long after, I finally (after 13 years) finished my LeadershipOS™ book filling in the gaps by writing on yellow legal pads over a cup of coffee. We make our livings off technology but our brains are still greatly impacted by analog methods of communication. It's ingrained and hard-wired that we learn best when there is that physical connection to the material that only comes from reading and writing with ink and paper.
And now I know this is the right way to help you to transform your life. By having coffee together each month, I'll drink mine while writing. I hope you'll drink yours while reading your monthly print newsletter. We'll connect, and transform each others lives; growing stronger together.
THE LEADERSHIPOS™ INNER CIRCLE LETTER WILL BE THE MOST ENJOYABLE THING YOU READ EACH MONTH!
Every month you can count on one thing: I pour my heart and soul into each issue of the newsletter. I share everything I've discovered about managing and leading technical teams, handling relationships Up, Down, and Sideways; and of course creating career durability.
You'll hear about the lessons I've had to learn the hard way (the expensive way). You'll learn about the things I wish I'd learned earlier in my thirty+ years doing this.
You're going to get a behind-the-curtains personal look into my daily life. I share with you what's working with my Team, and my leadership!
That way, you can learn from my example and apply these to your own Leadership and Life.
Listen: I don't take my commitment to you lightly. Here is what writing this newsletter actually looks like.
Every issue starts on a yellow legal pad, early morning, coffee in hand. I write by hand because that is when the thinking is clearest — before the day has a chance to route me somewhere else. Then I edit carefully. I remove anything that does not earn its place on the page. I compress until what is left is clean.
You are busy. Your team is busy. The newsletter respects that. Each issue is concise by design — not because the subject is simple, but because your time is not something I take lightly.
What you receive is not repurposed content or frameworks padded to fill pages. It is one structural idea, clearly developed, with enough specificity that you can take it into your team that week.
That is the commitment. Not dramatic — just consistent, and yours.
I want you to experience the fulfillment of leading a high performing technology team.
I want you to experience the tranquility that comes with crafting a career of excellence.
Heck, I may want all of this for you even more than you want it for yourself!——and that's fine.
That's why I'm here.
But I realize that it may not be a good fit for you, in which case I don't want you to even say maybe. I'm not looking to sell to thousands. I'm looking for a small group of like minded leaders that I can really connect with and genuinely help to further their careers and really have an impact on them, their teams, their companies, and ultimately contribute to making the world a better place.
I only want to work with those who are serious about becoming the kind of leader whose team members follow them to their next opportunity.
If that is you, then read on. You are my kind of people and I look forward to getting to work with you and getting to know you as part of my LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle.
Every month, you will get a printed newsletter that makes you a better leader, manager, team member, while showing you how to craft career durability!
Every month, you will experience the excitement of my newsletter arriving on your doorstep. You will look forward to that time when you get to rip open a fresh new issue, sit down with a cup of coffee or tea, and unplug from digital distractions.
On top of this, you will gain practical frameworks for managing information, reducing signal distortion, and building a leadership rhythm that makes performance predictable rather than reactive.
The look and feel of The LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle Letter is precisely that of the very best old-school classic newsletters.
It consists primarily of text, and is set in a Serif font on plain white paper. It is concisely written and each issue packs a punch.

Author of LeadershipOS™: The Operating System for Calm, Confident, High-Performing Teams
I want to start by telling you something simple. If you made it this far, you are not looking for shortcuts. You are the kind of leader who wants structure, not slogans. You want a team that runs well under pressure, not one that depends on your constant intervention.
That tells me a lot about you.
You did not buy a book about charisma, or performance theater. You chose a structural field guide.
That says something about how you think. You are serious about bulding something that endures. And that is exactly who the LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle was built for.

Each issue of The LeadershipOS™ Inner Circle Letter is sent to the print shop on the first business day of the month.
For instance, if you started your trial on July 15th, your first issue will be sent to the print shop on August 1st (assuming August 1st is a business day).
The print shop takes 1-2 business days to print, package, and ship your issue.
For U.S. customers: Your issue will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (it takes 1-3 business days to arrive).
For International customers: Your issue will be shipped——with love and care——via standard mail (and takes 3-6 weeks to arrive).
If you ever have any questions about your order, I want you to email me personally at [email protected] . I will take care of you.
I completely get it. Your time is precious; you're already working longer hours than you want (or your family wants). Neither of us has time for fluff like vague leadership advice, "inspirational" content that doesn't map to action, general business newsletters written for CEO's or marketers, recycled frameworks that you've seen a 100 times, or even worse short-form content stretched into 8 pages of filler(like a meeting that could have been an email). That is not what this is about in any way, shape, or form. This isn't fluff, repurposed generic advice, or recycled content. Every issue is designed to give you actionable frameworks that eliminate friction in real leadership moments. My goal is to give every issue the same focus I'd give a one-on-one conversation — and let the results speak.
Yes. The Inner Circle will be here when you're ready to return. That said — this is a system that changes how you operate over time, not a collection of individual issues. The leaders who see the biggest shifts are the ones who stay with it long enough for the structure to compound. I look forward to that for you.
This covers the cost of shipping and materials. I don't skimp on quality. The type of paper I use is thick 60 lb opaque paper.
Don't worry — the rate you lock in today stays with you. I plan to increase the price to $149/mo. as the subscriber base grows. Your rate never moves. You're grandfathered in.
No, that defeats the purpose of having a free trial. The reason I offer a 1-month free trial is to give you a taste of what you'll get. Still, if you're unhappy, I'm unhappy——which is why you can cancel your subscription anytime by phone, email, or even by writing to my office. Full contact details are found below.
Any other questions?
